1. Please introduce your name, who you are, which country are you staying in and your area of IM expertise

Hi everyone, my name is Elle Wong and I am an Internet marketer who currently resides in sunny Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. While I do various Internet Marketing activities for my online business, I’d say my forte is PPC, SEO and Product Creation.

If you’d like to get to know more of me, you can read about my background, dreams, personality, hobbies and Internet marketing ventures here:

Or get in touch with me via Facebook and Twitter here:

I’d love to connect with you. 🙂

2. Share with us your first success in Internet Marketing and how did you do that

I made my very first dollar online back in November 2008. But I’d say my first ‘real’ success in Internet marketing was between 15-17th June 2009 where I generated $14,747 online sales in 72 hours.

I’ve prepared a full case study for your readers on how it was done here:

3. Share with us one obstacle which you have overcome and you have learnt alot from it

One of the main obstacles I overcame was the ‘fear of losing my time and money’. I’d say I used to be quite a control freak and I wanted everything to be perfect and at no loss. As a result, this led to procrastination and well, nothing really got started.

As soon as I realized this mindset that was holding me back, my life turned around completely. Thereafter, I immediately hit the button to put my PPC campaigns to live. I lost some money at first, but I made more than quadruple the amount back through trial and error. I also started to outsource my work and learned to trust others to get the job done for me. Today I get more done… faster, easier, better and with less time and effort.

4. Share with us one mindset tip you would like to share with others, especially those who find IM hard

Stop looking for the next best opportunity and just get the ball rolling. Instead of succumbing to what is being offered to you, learn ‘HOW’ they are being offered to you instead so that you can become a better marketer.

You’ve also got to TAKE ACTION. The truth is nothing happens if you just see there and read e-mails all day.

To be on track with your actions, use a mini-sized notebook to write down your lists of to-dos for the day. Each time you complete a task, cross it out in green. The ones that are not done, use a red pen to bring it forward to the next day.

5. Share with us one product/ service of yours which you feel is very unique

I wouldn’t say it’s a product/service, but it is a blueprint that I’ve put very carefully together for my readers on how to create instant 5 figures from mini product launches:

6. One project you are working on right now and you would like my readers to know

I’m currently working on a $100,000 a Year PLR Mentoring Program with my partner Edmund Loh. You can view the full details here:

–> PLRmentor Access Link

7. One last tip you want to share with my readers

Don’t be afraid to ACT towards what your heart desires 🙂

  1. Franck Silvestre says

Great interview. I like reading those. It’s the same for me, once I got the “fear factor” out, I press the button and start making money.

It can be scary to see all the clicks and no sales. that makes many people move towards free advertising.

An online marketer should use every traffic source he can.

  2. how to make money with online blogging says

Hi. I just noticed that this page doesn’t display correctly in my browser. Oh well, I think I’ll just used the tried and tested Internet Explorer.
