2 Simple Ways of Making BIG Profits from Blogging

Hi,

Over the past couple of months, I have been experimenting with different ways of making money from blogging to see which way will get the most profits within the shortest day.

The criteria is that it must be easy even for a newbie marketer.

Easy means you need to invest a reasonable amount of time and effort in building your business. Be realistic! There is no do-nothing-huge-profit business. (If you know, please let me know.)

The first one is selling blogs to small business companies. My Italian student Alessandro has successfully done it by knocking from door to door of shops in the city in Milan. His hard work paid off giving him $8000 of revenue in the first month.

His cost is only $9 for one domain. His profit – US$7991!

from anvrecife

Hi everyone,

Offline business consulting is getting more and more popular over the years and almost everyone you know now has a Facebook account.

What is the link between having a Facebook account and being able to do offline business consulting?

If you have a Facebook account and you are using it actively, it only means you are internet savvy. And anyone who is internet savvy can easily provide what he knows to the offline companies in the form of business proposal.

Sounds unfamiliar or even scary?

Not to worry. It is easy and I can show you how it can be simply done. All you need to know is how you can do it and you can possibly make few thousands of dollars within next week.

Here are some quotations for the services you can charge:

1. blog set up with 5 pages of content – US$697 and US$157 for every page of additional content
2. blog maintenance – US$500 each month
3. running contest on blog – US$3000 and up per campaign and depending on scale of campaign

First, let me explain why there is a growing trend in companies wanting their personal websites or blogs.

Email Interview #37: Pei Yu

date November 20, 2010    comments  Comments Off   postedby

In the last interview, I have interviewed ex flight attendant who runs a successful internet shop selling maternity wear. In fact, anyone can start up an internet shop selling anything you want and as long as it satisfied a gap.

What is a gap?

A gap is an unfulfilled need of the customer. For example, stay at home parents have little time to do house chores and not having enough or trusted domestic helpers is a gap. And you can easily detect a gap when you belong to that specific group of customer and all you need to ask is what you are frustrated about. Which of your need is not met?

In this weekend post, I am thankful for this stay at home mom’s sharing. Her name is Pei Yu and she runs a successful internet business…Read on to find out how she does it and how you can too without the need to create your own products.

Email Interview #36: Vanessa Azure Lin

date November 19, 2010    comments  2 Comments   postedby

I have always been impressed by how resilient stay-at-home mothers are. It is not easy to manage a successful online business while taking care of their young children.

After becoming a father earlier this year and having to look after my baby girl, I can really empathise with these mothers. If the day is not planned properly, all the activities will be revolving around the kids. A typical half a day can start like this – making milk for the baby at 6am, bathing the baby at 9am, preparing for the next feed at 11am, playing with the baby at 2pm, feeding at 3pm and so on. Half a day is gone.

In an office context, it is equivalent to doing your colleague’s work and not being able to start yours.

So, in this interview, I am delighted to share the story of air stewardess turned stay-at-home mom. I hope you can learn something out of it. (This is another similar story of Dulcie who used to be air stewardess too.)

I stopped working totally while I was pregnant and during this period I opened an internet shop call Azure Maternity. =)

Email Interview #35: Grace Tan

Hi, I hope you have enjoyed my previous interview on a stay-at-home-mum who shared on how she runs her online business while taking care of her baby. In today’s interview, I have a stay-at-home-mum who runs a very successful blog shop which rents out children’s toys.

1. Please share with my readers who you are

I am Grace Tan, a Stay-At-Home-Mum (SAHM) to my 13 month daughter, whom I have decided to devote all my time to, after she was born. I made the decision to look after her myself as I felt that no amount of money could “buy” my time. I could always earn the money later, but no amount of money in this world can buy back the time I could have spent with my child in her growing years, and she is everything in the world to me.

It is also my responsibility to impart to her, values which she would take with her when she grows up. I am also passionate about “green” issues and aspire to bring my children up in an eco-conscious environment.

Blog Flipping Coaching – Second Run

date November 15, 2010    comments  Comments Off   postedby

We had an AWESOME Blog Flipping Coaching training during the past 2 days! We have students from all over the world, ranging from Australia to Malaysia and one of the students even rushed and came straight from the airport.

It was fantastic and I got to know so many new friends!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the trainers who have made this coaching possible.

Thank you Nicholas, Aloysius and Benrick!

I would also like to thank the students the first class who came to help and support the new students. There are Wilson, John, Sherry and Colin.

Thank you Irish too for helping out!

In our team, we have always believed in team work and community building. (And this explains why our team is so BIG and just like a BIG family!) Everyone of us grows together and no one is left behind.

This explains why at least 90% of our students have made money from blog flipping within such a short time. The fastest only took only 2 weeks to make US$1000.

The new group of students (now friends =) are great too and they are very enthusiastic. At the end of the 2-days class, most have forged strong friendship which I personally feel will go a long way.

All the best to everyone and I am sure they are going for GREATNESS!

See you in our private forum! Go for Greatness!

Many thanks to John, Nicholas (aka Mr. Hamsome), Ben & Aloysius… that was a very well coordinated course, easy to assimilate, digest & implement.

Jet Quah

I think the bootcamp is really awesome, especially toward the last part, on the strategies and the live demo… I was really impressed by it! Kudos to you guys for putting up such a great bootcamp! :D

I would like to say a big thank you for the really enriching bootcamp over the weekend… Not only have I learned a lot about blog flipping from you guys, but also had lots of fun!

It’s one of the BEST bootcamps I’ve ever attended!
